Silent Rhythms at Salsa in the Park

Join us every Monday this summer from 6pm to 9pm.

Silent Rhythms Dance joins MetaMovements – Latin Dance Company‘s Salsa in the Park for a free and popular outdoor summer series for all ages, backgrounds and abilities.

MetaMovements’ Salsa In The Park is a public health initiative, featuring movement as a key to wellness, it draws hundreds of people from all walks of life every summer on Monday evenings for dance instruction, high quality performances showcasing a variety of cultures and genres, social dancing and health and wellness promotion.

  • 6pm: Welcoming announcements and free Salsa On1 dance class by MetaMovements Instructors.
  • 6:15pm Silent Rhythms Dance salsa class led by Kerry Thompson for those who are Deaf/Blind/Hard of Hearing. Lesson is in ASL.
  • 7pm – 9pm Social Dancing (and more lessons!)

Easy access via public transportation – a short walk from the Back Bay MBTA station or the Union Park stop on the Silver Line.
